Don't get too excited… nothing burns fat like exercise. Eating these foods alone will only take you so far. In my opinion, People need to value themselves and put more effort into maintaining a positive relationship with… themselves. You are worth it and you are beautiful, so make the effort to feed your self decent , real organic food.

Yes I am the girl that takes the sparrow with the broken wing home. I am a sucker for helping people, sometimes to my own detriment. However, many people's suffering is self inflicted. They fail to admit they have something to do, with how their life is churning out. These people, drift down this endless road of denial until something terrible happens. Unfortunately, they never really appreciate anyone or anything around them until its gone.
Having a positive mental attitude and a no nonsense approach can turn your life around. I see people who are absolutely miserable for no reason at all. When asked why they feel so low, they can't come up with a reason. Perhaps their is a chemical imbalance in the brain or other issues which need addressing. But don't stand still if u find yourself in this place, seek professional help and guidance. Diet and nutrition play a huge part and if you don't eat the right fuel, then you are jeopardising you health. If you sit around smoking and drinking all day, chances are your mental health and general wellbeing will eventually take a nose dive. I hear people say I have a bad back, my answer is exercise it. The back is a muscle like any other and if you don't strengthen it with exercise, then it becomes weak. If you have a negative vibe you will attract a negative tribe. Surround yourself with good people with kind hearts and life becomes invigorating! Energy does not die, it can only be transformed. When someone passes they are transitioning to another level of consciousness. Once you accept this... dealing with 'death' becomes a lesser burden. A couple of years ago, a very dear friend of mine suddenly passed. She was as skinny as a rake, as fit as a fiddle and she also had the most amazing mega watt smile ever. Sadly unbeknown to her, she was suffering from a brain aneurism, which took her life abruptly. At first I could not cry for days due to shock. Then one day I turned into a human water fountain. After that I was fine, because I felt her energy around me each day. She wanted me to know she was happy and that made me feel a whole lot better.
Melanin is the fundamental unit of the universe and it exists in four forms: cosmic, planetary, plant kingdom (Chlorophyll) and the animal kingdom melanin. Melanin is black because its chemical structure allows no energy to escape making black melanin the super absorber of energy and light.
Melanin is found in almost every organ of the body and is necessary, in order for the brain and nerves to operate, the eyes to see, and cells to produce. Melanin can arrange its chemical structure to absorb all energy across the radiant energy spectrum. For example, sunlight, x-rays, music, sound, radar, radio waves etc. A melanated human can charge up his or her melanin just by being in the sun or around the right type of musical sounds or other energy sources. Melanin itself on a philosophical plane is a black chemical , biological door though which the life source of African spirituality passes in moving from the spirit to the material realm. We are living in a world where people are tired of feeling separate and anxious. Religion and traditional beliefs systems are in decline. People are discovering new ways to raise their own self esteem and awareness. Having all the so called 'trappings of success' just isn't enough to sustain your soul.. those trapped in materialistic superficial worlds are suffering from depression and finding it hard to lift themselves out of bed each day. Shopping does not fill the void. We all need something more substantial. It's like eating a packet of crisps when you need a quality 3 course meal... (they taste alright, but you're still starving afterwards).
I checked out of that materialistic motel years ago. Every time I stepped outside, people would be asking me, what car I was driving, or how much money I was earning. It made my stomach churn and I felt under pressure to be 'superficially successful'. I didn't want to be a part of it anymore, it was exhausting. I just wanted someone to ask me... how I was feeling, not how many holidays I had been on. I really detest all these egotistical posts I see on social media. It's just not healthy for anyone to be that obsessive about themselves, plus its exhausting posting crap about yourself every day, not to mention boring. I say, go out their and live your life, stop sitting behind your computer at home, pretending to have a great life. It is easy to get into spirituality and mindfulness once you realise, the majority of information you receive via the mainstream media, is utter garbage that is designed to distract you from realising your full potential. No one can reach their full potential if they are caught up in this narcissistic fishing net. Often social media leaves people feeling more anxious than they where to begin with. I would rather spend time with my family or read a book than post what I had for dinner that evening. If you want to use social media fine. But don't let it use you. Where is all that information going? Who are you building this online profile for? Where is your money for doing all this work, for these huge corporations? My advice is be careful and don't spend too much time in the matrix, always leave one foot out, just so you can feel the fresh air on your big toe…its the little things that matter and the little things always make us happy. I find it difficult not to be positive. I think that is a key to maintaining good health and vitality. It hasn't always been this easy, I had to retrain my brain to think positive and focus on being kind, but not a pushover. Allowing other people to manipulate you is never a good thing, so yes there is a limit to my kindness. I like spending most of my time outdoors and I enjoy helping people and offering what help I can. I find this very rewarding. I recently qualified as Reiki Grandmaster. This has helped me to delve deeper into my energy healing and will benefit my clients and my family and friends. To learn is to grow…To stop learning is to stop growing. Peace
![]() The weather is fabulous and we are enjoying every minute of it! We have begun to offer some treatments open air (crystal therapy, reiki and psychic tarot). It is wonderful to work surrounded by the twitter of wildlife and feel the gorgeous rays of the sun on our skin and…oh the clients love it too! We have put our crystals outside, so they can naturally recharge themselves before our crystal therapy sessions. To find out more about how crystal therapy can light your fire, search my previous blog, highlighting its benefits. |
