Tonglen Meditation – is a wonderful detoxifying, mindfulness group session. Specifically aimed at those who want to transform negative energy, they receive throughout their existence into deep positive love energy.
Tonglen is mindfulness awareness practice. This is a natural healing method that appeared in Tibet during the 10th Century. Its main purpose is to: - Teach us how to harness the power from difficult situations and use it in a positive way to diminish our own pain and anxiety. Help us to develop Maitri – unconditional love and friendship with one’s self. Allow us to release negative discussion and not allow it to spin off into an endless chain of suffering. These sessions last for 1 hour and they are £10 per person.
