The Chinese are famed for their holistic therapies the world over, some of the more unusual ones include Ant therapy.  You might say yuck! But I can guarantee that some of us have probably already tried this without realising.  Remember the time you where a kid and your lollipop fell on the pavement during summer …and you flung your BMX or Chopper down and swerved around to pick your lolly up… but it was covered in a seething mass of a thousand ants.  I saw kids who didn't event flinch..they picked that lolly back up... scraped off what ants they could and stuck it back in their mouths.

Thankfully I wasn't one of those kids but I saw a lot of stuff back then that I don't care to remember.  As usual the chinese have made this therapy as well as others including sand therapy into a burgeoning business and who can blame them.  Although it might not be to everyones taste the Polyrachis Ant is a safe to consume and is a dietary supplement which has been used for centuries by Chinese herbalists and nobles.

it is known to energise the immune system, revered as a sex tonic for men and women, acts as a powerful anti-oxidant and has anti-anging and longevity benefits amongst other things.

Sand therapy on the other hand, again something which many of us have tried without realising (...who hasn't been buried in sand on a beach and not felt great?).  Sand Bath therapy transmits heat and magnetic substances into the body.  It is known to eliminate rheumatic arthritis and disturbances of the nervous system amongst other things.

Therapy is the biggest thing that I have right now. I have been depressed for a while, and therapy really allowed me to get by. I am a little bit happier today, and I credit it to therapy. If I can continue to make the best out of what I have, then I would probably enjoy the life that I have left. I suggest that people try and go to therapy if they are having a hard time in life.
