Just like what I keep on saying whenever stress is the topic, there are so many ways on how we can deal with stress. But before anything else, you should know the reason why are feeling so stressed! You should know the roots of this because that's where all the solution will start. By the way, thank you for all the tips you had mentioned above. I admit that I am not familiar with some of the ways you had written there, and I am glad to have read all of those!
